This family property has been renovated and extended to create a large open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, both benefiting from bi-fold doors to establishment an open environment. Internal remodelling was undertaken to efficiently utilise the existing footprint. A central entertainment and data distribution hub was incorporated to meet the current AV requirement of the client as well as future proofing the property for added flexibility. The electrical and heating systems were upgraded and thermal properties improved to current standards.
