Farminer Developments were appointed the contract to complete the extensive renovations to the property alongside incorporating a single storey rear extension. Access was heavily restricted with plant and machinery needing to be moved through the house in order to complete the rear extension. Featuring open plan kitchen, dining and family room areas and incorporating underfloor heating to the main living areas this fully complements modern living. A double sided bio ethanol feature fireplace was installed to the lounge and kitchen separating walls.
