Directors
Ian Farminer
Ian has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry and became Manging Director of Farminer Developments in 1987. This vast wealth of experience allows Ian to provide the client wih comprehensive advice of all project stagees including Project Inception to Construction delivery. As Managing Director, Ian is responsible for the overall runnng of the company and the management of individual projects from start to finish.
Marc Farminer
Marc has worked within the company for over 7 years. Working alongside Ian, Marc is involved in the day to day management of projects,
enabling the delivery of projects on time and to the high quality benchmarks the company sets. Marc is an incorporated member of the CIOB since completing a Bsc (Hons) degree in Project Management for Construction. To further develop as a project manager, Marc is seeking to become a chartered member of the CIOB in the coming year.
Kim Farminer
Kim is responsible for the financial running of the company and administrative requirements so as to meet statutory duties.
Project Team
Our organisaion employs a number of highly trained and skilled tradesman and managers, many of which have worked for Farminer Developments for many years. Our project team are competent in liasing with the client and other stakeholders so as to produce the desired end product.
