Located on the outskirts of Guildford in Chilworth, works undertaken at the manor include the conversion of a Grade II listed Barn, swimming pool, tennis court and external works. Externally, the swimming pool was constructed by both our in-house team and external pool specialists. The barn was converted into a games room space, with a mezzanine floor to make use of its high ceiling.
