With previous experience in carrying out barn conversions Farminer Developments were involved in the conversion of a derelict barn into a vibrant family home using a variety of different specialist sub-contractors. Utilising the height of the barn a mezzanine floor was installed which created even more living accommodation with bedrooms able to take advantage of the grand vaulted ceilings. Oak beams were either refurbished or replaced to restore the property visually as well as structurally.
