Designated as a Grade 2 listed building Farminer Developments were contracted to complete the refurbishment to the property alongside a two storey extension creating an enlarged kitchen dinning areas as well as a new master bedroom and ensuite facilities. Liaising with the local authority conservation officer was important in order to protect the buildings heritage and meet the requirements of the officer. This included sourcing materials and joinery either to match or complement the existing structure.
