Farminer Developments privately bought and developed two residential properties from the planning stage to final completion in 2011. Constructing on a constricted and topographically challenging site required extensive logistical planning and excavation to ensure scenic views of the rural countryside. The two bungalows were built to a modern contemporary specification and achieved Level 3 of the code for sustainable homes. One bungalow benefited from a habitable basement which was fitted out to provide a home cinema and bedroom accommodation.
